Advertise on SmashThatJob

Our readers are mid-career professionals figuring out how to work with AI — researching tools, building skills, and open to their next role. If they're who you want to reach, we should talk.

Who reads this site

Marketers, HR and ops people, analysts, and career switchers, mostly 25 to 45, who come here with a specific question about AI and their work. They're not browsing — they're deciding: which tool to learn, which skill to build, which job to go for. That intent is what you're reaching.

Two ways ads run here

The site shows network display ads through Google AdSense, which fill automatically and are matched by Google. Alongside that, we sell direct placements — booked with us, sized to what you need, and described below. Direct is where you get control over the message and a guarantee of where and how it appears.

Direct formats

Banner placement. A static, clearly labelled banner, inline or sidebar. A direct banner carries no tracking scripts from us — it loads with the page and that's it.

Sponsored article. Written by you or together with us, always labelled as sponsored. It runs alongside our editorial, never disguised as it, and it won't be presented as one of our independent reviews or recommendations.

Job listing. For real, currently open roles. Basic listings are free while the board is young; priority placement is paid.

The rules, before you ask

A few boundaries keep this worth doing for everyone. Sponsors don't influence our editorial articles or see them ahead of time. Our tool reviews stay independent — we don't sell a favourable verdict, so if we review your product we'll publish what we find. Every paid placement is labelled. And we cap how much promotion shows on a page, because readers come first — which is exactly why their attention is worth reaching. None of this limits what you can run as clearly labelled, sponsored content.

Pricing and booking

Pricing is on request — every direct placement is sized to what you need, so we'd rather quote than publish a menu. Email ads@smashthatjob.com with what you're promoting and your timing, and you'll hear back within two business days.
